24th May 2008 Windsurfing: Steamer Point Christchurch Wind Direction: NE Wind Stength: 12-26 knots Surf / Sea State: bumpy Air Temperature: ok Sea Temperature: ok Weather: overcast & windy, tho well gusty Max Speed: Distance Covered: UKWA session. Early one, all good intentions, however had to pay some lip service to people in high places so did the rigging biatch bit and then 'played' on variations of kit to fit the 5.8m Poison. All in all a good day at the beach, though for me, no racing to talk about .... so maybe not achieved what was planned ... but hey ho .... bigger picture ;-) |
